To make a Reservation
The increase of reservations in your accommodation business through the Internet is directly connected to
the simplicity for the customer to use the reservation system you have installed.
There exist several reservation systems. Leading hotel chains have complicated systems with a multitude of options that only delay the reservation process. To offer a multitude of options does not necessarily lead to more functionality. A reservation system has to be particularly easy-to-use and practical.

The email address will be controlled to avoid spam mails. The address has to consist of a word followed by the @ symbol, another word, the dot symbol and the domain name.
To allow reservations of foreigners of other countries, the ID a/o passport data will not be controlled.
Once the disclosure of the required data is completed, the reservation will be processed applying the guarantee criteria the hotel has established. (Charge for the first night of stay, a percentage, a fixed rate, etc..).
Then the online booking system connects with the virtual clearing system of the credit card company to cash-in the established amount of money.
To carry out this operation the customer has to disclose the data of his credit card, using the data processing system of the credit card institute which guarantees the safety of the financial transaction and complies with existing data protection legislation.
By processing this operation the established amount of money will be credited immediately to the account of the hotel which controls the incoming credit note through its control panel.
The bank institute indicates to the booking engine if the operation was carried out correctly. Then an electronic voucher will be emitted to the customer.
All these steps are carried out during the booking operation.
